4. Payments

  • Online or Pay After Service options may be available.

  • Pricing may vary by location, service type, and availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel before the professional arrives.

  • Refund eligibility depends on service type and cancellation timing.

6. Professional Verification

  • TruLoka verifies professionals through ID, background checks, and experience checks.

  • However, TruLoka is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by professionals.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address/contact details.

  • Ensure safe access to your location.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, safe, and lawful services.

  • Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and honesty.

9. Limitation of Liability

TruLoka is a marketplace platform. We do NOT:

  • Employ professionals directly

  • Guarantee service outcomes

  • Take responsibility for any loss/damage caused by professionals

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is protected and handled as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

TruLoka may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

TruLoka connects customers with trusted, verified service professionals.
We do not directly provide the service — we enable safe and smooth booking.


3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Not misuse or harm the platform

  • Communicate respectfully with professionals


4. Booking & Payments

  • Payment terms will be shown before booking.

  • Full/partial advance may be required.

  • “Pay After Service” option is available for selected categories & locations.

  • Payments once made are non-transferable.


5. Professional Verification

All professionals undergo:

  • Identity verification

  • Skills assessment

  • Background screening (where applicable)

TruLoka is not responsible for false information given by professionals.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation before the professional is assigned

  • Small charges may apply after assignment

  • Last-minute cancellations are chargeable


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Service is not delivered

  • Professional fails to arrive

  • Service quality is extremely poor (verified by TruLoka)

Refund timelines: 5–7 working days


8. Liability

TruLoka is an aggregator platform and is not responsible for:

  • On-site damages

  • Professional misconduct

  • Delays due to weather/traffic/emergencies


9. Data Protection

We follow strict privacy standards.
All user data is protected as per Indian IT Act 2000.
